How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

Al Qaeda leader Zawahiri killed in U.S. drone strike in Kabul

The United States of America president Joe Biden announced on 2 August 2022 that the Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri was killed in a "precision" strike in the centre of Kabul, Afghanistan on 31 July 2022.

  • The United States government had announced a bounty of $25 million on him.
  • According to the United States officials, Zawahiri was killed in a CIA operation when he came out on the balcony of his safe house in Kabul on 31 July 2022 and was hit by "hellfire" missiles from a U.S. drone.
  • The drone strike is the first known US strike inside Afghanistan since the military pull out last August.
  • The Taliban which are in power in Afghanistan had a close relationship with al-Qaeda and it has described the U.S attack as a clear violation of international law.
  • U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the Taliban had "grossly violated" the Doha Agreement between the two sides by hosting and sheltering Zawahiri.

Who was Ayman al-Zawahiri

  • Ayman al-Zawahiri was the ideological brains behind al-Qaeda. Al-Qaeda means the base in Arabic. 
  • He was an Egyptian doctor who was imprisoned in the 1980s for involvement in militant Islam and after his release he became involved in violent international jihadist movements.
  • He settled in Afghanistan and joined forces with a rich Saudi, Osama Bin Laden. Together they declared war on the US and organised the 11 September 2001 attacks on the United States.
  • He took over the leadership of al-Qaeda following the killing by US forces of Bin Laden in May 2011 in Pakistan. At that time Joe Biden was the Vice-President of the United States.
  • Before that, Zawahiri was often referred to as Bin Laden's right-hand man and the chief ideologue of al-Qaeda.
  • He was believed by some experts to have been the "operational brains" behind the 11 September 2001 attacks.

9/11 attack 

It was a coordinated four attack on the United States on 11 September 2009. It was the worst terrorist attack on the United States in its history.

19 militants belonging to al-Qaeda hijacked four domestic civilian airlines.

Two planes were deliberately crashed into the World Trade Center, Twin towers building in Manhattan, New York city, one crashed into the Pentagon, American Defence ministry headquarters and one in Pennsylvania after passengers overpowered the hijacked plane.

Around 3,000 people were killed including all the 19 hijackers.
