How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

Assam becomes the 36th State to implement One Nation One Ration Card scheme

With Assam joining the One Nation One Ration Card scheme, the scheme has now become fully operational in the entire country. All the 28 States and the 8 Union Territories (UT) have now joined the scheme.  Assam has become the 36th State to implement One Nation One Ration Card scheme. 

Chhattisgarh was the 35th States/UT to join the scheme on 2 February 2022.

One Nation One Ration Card (ONORC)

  • The ONORC scheme was launched by the Government of India in August 2019 to help the migrant workers who faced a lot of problems during the corona pandemic-induced lock down in the country. 
  • The scheme is managed by the Department of Food & Public Distribution, Government of India. 
  • Under this scheme the migrant workers can get eligible food grains from any Fair Price Shop (also called ration shop) in the country. 
  • Under this scheme the eligible ration card holders are linked with their Aadhaar card number.
  •  The beneficiaries who are part of the scheme can get food grains under National Food Security act (NSFA) and Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY)   from any Fair Price Shop (also called ration shop) in the country.
  • The scheme now covers the entire National Food Security Act (NFSA)  population in the country 
  • To make this scheme more seamless and swift, MERA RATION mobile application was rolled out. This mobile app is providing a host of useful real time information to the beneficiaries and is available in 13 languages

National Food Security Act (NFSA)

The Public distribution system in India is covered under the National Food Security Act 2013.  It was implemented on 10 September 2013.

  • It covers all the State and Union Territories in India.
  • The scheme is administered by the Union Ministry of Consumer Affairs Food and Public Distribution.
  • The Act provides for coverage of up to 75% of the rural population and up to 50% of the urban population for receiving subsidized food grains under Targeted Public Distribution System (TPDS), thus covering about two-thirds of the population.
  • Food Grains are provided to beneficiaries in two categories, Antodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) and Priority Household (PHH).
  • The Antodaya Anna Yojana beneficiaries get 35 kg of food grains per month and the Priority Household gets 5 kg per person per month.
  • The beneficiary gets rice/wheat or coarse cereals at a highly subsidized price.
