How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

BIMSTEC chief Tenzin Lekphell arrives in India for a 4-day visit

The Secretary General of Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC), Tenzin Lekphell arrived in India on a four day (22-25 August 2022) visit.

  • Tenzin Lekphell who is from Bhutan is visiting at the invitation of Saurabh Kumar, Secretary, and Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).
  • At the 5th BIMSTEC Summit held in Sri Lanka (March 30, 2022), Leaders of the 7 BIMSTEC member states (Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Thailand) adopted the BIMSTEC Charter thereby confirming the transition of this grouping of states, into a full-fledged regional organization with a distinct international identity.
  • India handed him a cheque of $1 million to the Secretary General as its contribution for the BIMSTEC secretariat as announced by the Prime Minister at the BIMSTEC Summit held by Sri Lanka on 30 March 2022.
  • During his visit, Lekphell will hold discussions with senior Indian officials on how to make the BIMSTEC organization and cooperation forward in keeping with the mandate of the BIMSTEC Leaders.

BIMSTEC (Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation)

It was set up as Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka and Thailand Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) on 6 June 1997 at Bangkok, Thailand.

  • It was renamed the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation on 31 July 2004 when the first summit meeting was held in Bangkok, Thailand .
  • The member countries are Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Thailand.
  • The group was formed to promote economic cooperation between the member countries
