How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

China and 10 Pacific islands countries failed to reach an agreement on security pact

In a major setback for the Chinese government, the 10 Pacific Island countries who recognise China, have refused to sign an economic and security agreement with China which seeks to deepen Chinese influence in the region .

  • The Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi who is on a 10 days tour of the Pacific, was in the Fijian capital Suva for the second China and Pacific Island countries meeting.
  • The meeting which was held in hybrid mode on 30 May 2022 was attended by 10 Pacific island countries of   Solomon Islands, Kiribati, Samoa, Fiji, Tonga, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Cook Islands, Niue and Federated States of Micronesia.
  • Tuvalu, Palau, the Marshall Islands and Nauru, which still maintain ties with Taiwan were not invited for the meeting.
  • Despite their small populations and economies, each Pacific state represents a vote at international forums such as the United Nations. They also control vast swathes of resource-rich Ocean and access to a region with strategic military significance.
  • China wants to gain influence in the region which is strategically dominated by the United States and its allies, Australia and New Zealand.
  • China is offering a new free trade arrangement, cooperation in policing, intensified cyber security cooperation, and deeper cooperation across a host of sectors from agriculture to fishery and pandemic management.
  • China has already signed such an agreement with Solomon island under which Chinese warships would be permitted to dock on the islands and that Beijing could send security forces "to assist in maintaining social order".
  • China’s attempt to expand its influence in the Pacific has raised alarm in Australia, and the United States.
  • The President of Micronesia has already criticized the proposed agreement. In an extraordinary letter to fellow Pacific Island leaders, he warned China's proposal could spark a new Cold War between China and the West in the Pacific.
