How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

Digital Banking in 75 Districts to become operational by July: IBA

The Indian bank Association has said on 5 May 2022 that all the 

Public Sector Banks, ten Private Banks and one Small Finance Bank have initiated the work to operationalise 75 Digital Banking Units (DBUs) in 75 districts by July 2022.

  • State Bank of India will set up the highest number of DBUs (12), followed by Punjab National Bank and Union Bank of India (8 each), Bank of Baroda (7), Canara Bank (6) and India Bank (3).
  •  Among private lenders, ICICI Bank and Axis Bank will establish three DBUs each and HDFC Bank two DBUs, 
  • Nirmala Sitharaman had announced in the Union budget 2022-23 that 75 DBUs in 75 districts will be set up to commemorate the 75 years of Independence so that the benefits of digital banking reach every nook and corner of the country.

Digital Banking Unit

  • A digital banking unit (DBU) is a specialised business unit of a bank that houses certain minimum digital banking products and services.
  •  A bank can offer specialised digital products at any time all year from these units and also provide existing financial services products.
  •  According to the RBI each DBU must offer certain minimum digital banking products and services including account opening, providing digital kits to customers and merchants, on boarding retail and MSME loan customers, as well as cash withdrawal and deposit services.

The Indian Banks' Association (IBA) was formed on September 26, 1946 with 22 members. As of April, 2018 the total Membership of the Association is 239.

It includes Public sector Bank. Private Sector Banks, Foreign Banks, Co-operatives, Regional Rural Bank, and All India Financial Institutions.

  •  It is a representative body of banks in India to promote and develop in India sound and progressive banking principles, practises and conventions and to contribute to the developments of creative banking.
  • It helps the government in formulating Human Resources policy for the banking sector.
