How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

First RRTS trainset handed over to NCRTC

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) received the first train set of the country’s first Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) project at Alstom’s plant in Savli, Gujarat. The French multinational company Alstom will provide 210 coaches for the project which is to be manufactured in India.

  • The first RRTS project from Delhi – Ghaziabad – Meerut Corridor is an 82 kilometre route with an investment of Rs 30,274 crore.  The project is expected to be commissioned by March 2025 
  • The  17km priority stretch (Sahibabad to Duhai) of the corridor  will be the country’s first RRTS route that is likely to commence passenger operations by March 2023
  • RRTS is the first-of-its-kind system in which trains, with a design speed of 180 km/h, will be available every 5 to 10 minutes and cover the distance between Delhi and Meerut in 55 minutes.
  • Over 83% of all the components used in making the entire rapid transit system is being made in India. The train sets are made entirely in India. 

Modern and Green Train 

  •  The Train sets are modern in design, lightweight and are equipped with a regenerative braking system. 
  • They will be compatible with automatic train protection (ATP), automatic train control (ATC) and automatic train operations (ATO) systems. 
  • The regenerative braking system is an important feature of these trains, which generates electricity when the brakes are applied and the power goes back to the electric grid through the overhead traction of the train system.

National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC)

  • National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is a  joint venture company of Govt of India and States of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and U.P, 
  • It was set up on 21 August 2013 under the Companies act 1956..
  • It is under the administrative control of the Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
  • It is mandated for implementing the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) project across the NCR of India.

 Corridors being developed under the first phase of RRTS 

The rapid transport system to be developed in the first Phase of the Rapid Rail Transport System are as follows:

  • Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut -Corridor 
  • Delhi- Gurugram- Alwar corridor
  • Delhi-Panipat corridor
