How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

Government increases the premium of PMJJBY and PMSBY

The government of India has increased the premium on its Insurance flagship programme, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY) and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) on 31 May 2022, in order to make them economically viable.

  • The premium rate of PMJJBY has been revised upward to Rs 1.25 per day, translating into an increase from Rs 330 to Rs 436 annually.
  • The annual premium for PMSBY has been hiked from Rs 12 to Rs 20.
  • The new premium rates are effective from June 1, 2022.
  • In percentage terms, the premium increase is 32 per cent in case of PMJJBY and 67 per cent for PMSBY.

Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY)

  • The PMJJBY is a life Insurance scheme for people in the age group of 18 to 50 years having a bank account and who has given their consent to join / enable auto-debit. 
  • Aadhaar would be the primary KYC for the bank account.
  • The life cover of Rs. 2 lakhs shall be for the one year period stretching from 1st June to 31st May and will be renewable.
  •  Risk coverage under this scheme is for Rs. 2 Lakh in case of death of the insured, due to any reason. 
  • The premium is Rs. 330 per annum which is to be auto-debited in one installment from the subscriber’s bank account on or before 31st May of each annual coverage period under the scheme. 
  • The scheme is being offered by Life Insurance Corporation and all other life insurers 
  • As on 27.04.2022, the cumulative enrolments under the scheme have been more than 12.76 crore.
  •  It is regulated by Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India (IRDAI)

Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY)

  •  It is a general insurance scheme for people in the age group 18 to 70 years with a bank account who give their consent to join / enable auto-debit on or before 31st May for the coverage period 1st June to 31st May on an annual renewal basis. 
  • Aadhaar would be the primary KYC for the bank account.
  •  The risk coverage under the scheme isRs.2 lakh for accidental death and full disability and Rs. 1 lakh for partial disability. 
  • The premium of Rs. 12 per annum is to be deducted from the account holder’s bank account through ‘auto-debit’ facility in one installment. 
  • The scheme is being offered by Public Sector General Insurance Companies or any other General Insurance Company.
  • As on 27.04.2022, the cumulative enrolments under the scheme have been more than 28.37 crore.
  •  It is regulated by Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India (IRDAI)
