How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

Government notifies the implementation of Criminal Procedure (Identification) Act, 2022

The Union Ministry for Home Affairs has notified the implementation of the Criminal Procedure (Identification) act 2022 from 4 August 2022. The act has replaced the Identification of Prisoners Act, 1920.

The act has been opposed by the opposition parties and human rights group as draconian and violative of the Indian citizens' fundamental rights to liberties and privacy.

Some of the main features of the act are as follows:

  • The act allows the Police to collect finger impressions, palm prints impressions, footprint impressions, photographs, iris and retina scans, and scans, physical and biological samples.
  • It also allows the collection of signatures, handwriting or any other examination referred under Section 53 or Section 53A of Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).
  • The record of measurements shall be retained for a period of 75 years from the date of collection.
  • It further provides that any resistance to taking of measurements will be an offence under Section 186 (obstructing public servant) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), attracting a jail term of three months or fine up to Rs 500 or both.
  • Replying to the possible misuse of the bills provision the Union Home Minister had said that the collected data will not be made available to the Police agencies. National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) will be accountable for storage and maintenance of Data.
  •  He also clarified that the provisions will be used only in the cases of heinous crimes and the government will provide the clarifications in the rules.
  • The government clarified that such persons, who are not convicted or arrested for crime against women or children or those who are in custody for an offence punishable with imprisonment for a period less than seven years, can deny permission to give their biological samples.

Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).

It is the main law on the procedure for administration of substantive criminal law in India. It was passed in 1973 and it was enforced on 1 April 1974.
