How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

India will extend additional loan of $100 million to Maldives: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced an additional $100 million loan to Maldives so that all Indian financed projects can be completed in a time-bound manner in Maldives.

This was announced by the Prime minister after meeting the visiting Maldivian President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih in New Delhi on 2 August 2022.

President Solih is on a four day (1 -4 August) visit to India where apart from meeting PM Modi in New Delhi, he will also visit Mumbai, Maharashtra for business meetings.

This is the third visit of  Solih to India after assuming office in 2018.

Both the leaders issued a joint statement after their meeting.

Main points of the joint statement. 

  • Both the countries reviewed the Indian financed project to construct 4000 social housing units in Greater Male.
  • India will provide an additional $100 million for construction of 2000 new social housing units.
  • Prime Minister Modi and Mr. Solih also witnessed the pouring of the first concrete of Greater Male Connectivity Project. The 500 million dollar India-funded project will enhance mobility, reduce costs and drive economic growth for the Maldivian people.
  • India and Maldives exchanged six agreements, including on cyber security, disaster management, and police infrastructure development.

First Head of State to meet President Murmu

Later in the day the Maldives President met President Droupadi Murmu. He is the first Head of State or Head of  Government to meet President Droupadi Murmu.

External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar in a tweet said that India's Neighbourhood First and Maldives' India First policies are complementary. He added that these policies take the special partnership between India and Maldives forward. 

The Maldives is India's key neighbour in the Indian Ocean Region and occupies a special place in India's Neighbourhood First policy. In recent years, the partnership has witnessed rapid growth in all areas of cooperation.
