How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Island handover to Andaman Nicobar Island Administration for larger development of tourism

The Andaman and Nicobar Command handed over historic Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Island to Andaman & Nicobar Administration for the larger development of tourism and infrastructure growth of the island. The official ceremony was held on 25 July 2022, at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Island.

Tri-service command: 

  • Andaman and Nicobar Island is strategically very important for the defense of India. 
  • Andaman and Nicobar command is the only tri service theatre command of the Indian Army, Navy and the Air force.
  • The Tri-service command headquarters is at the capital of Andaman and Nicobar, Port Blair.
  • The Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Island was under the administrative control of the Tri Command’s naval base, INS Jarwa.

Why it was handed to civilian authorities 

  • The Andaman & Nicobar Islands is a group of 572 islands and islets which is mainly dependent on tourism to sustain its economy. 
  • Known for their clear blue waters, white sand beaches and coral reefs, the islands are a favourite among tourists. 
  • The Government of India is trying to develop the region as a tourist spot.
  • However due to the presence of a security post in the island the development of the island as a tourist destination was not feasible. Hence it was handed to the local administration.

Subhash Chandra Bose Island 

  • It was earlier called Ross Island. It was renamed Subhash Chandra Bose Island by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in December 2016.
  • The island was the Administrative headquarters of British rule in the islands until the Japanese occupied it in 1942. 
  • Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose also stayed on the island during his visit to Andaman and Nicobar in 1943.
  • The island also has a lone sailor statue and a lighthouse on the backside.
  •  It is India's first solar lighthouse.
