How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

Odisha tops first National Food Security ranking, Tripura best among smaller states

Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Piyush Goel released the first State Ranking Index 2022 for implementation of the National Food Security Act (NFSA), 2013 in New Delhi on 5 July 2022.

He released the report during the conference of Food Ministers of States/Union Territory(UT)s on ‘Food Nutrition and Security in India’ organized by the Department of Food and Public Distribution in New Delhi. 

Criteria for ranking States /UT

The states and UTs were ranked based on three parameters for the year 2022. 

  • The first measures “coverage of NFSA, rightful targeting, and implementation of all provisions under NFSA” while 
  • second “analyses the delivery platform while considering the allocation of foodgrains, their movement, and last-mile delivery to Fair Price Shops (FPS)”  and
  • third “focuses on nutrition initiatives of the department”.

Rank of general category States 

  • Odisha was at first position with a score of 0.836,
  •  followed by Uttar Pradesh (0.797) and
  •  Andhra Pradesh (0.794). 
  • Gujarat is at fourth place, followed by Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman Diu, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Jharkhand.

Rank of Special category states (the North Eastern states, Himalayan states, and the Island region)

  • Tripura was ranked first with  a score of 0.788 ,followed
  • by Himachal Pradesh (0.758) and 
  • Sikkim (0.710) followed by 
  • Nagaland, Uttarakhand, Mizoram, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Lakshadweep, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Manipur, Meghalaya, Ladakh

Ranks of Union Territories in Direct Benefit Transfer

  • Dadra & Nagar Haveli  and Daman Diu was ranked first with 0.836  score of 0.836 ,followed by 
  • Puducherry with 0.709  and
  •  Chandigarh with 0.680.

Comprehensive Country level Index 

  • Odisha was ranked first with 0.836 score followed by 
  • Uttar Pradesh with 0.797 score and 
  • Andhra Pradesh at third rank with 0.794  
  • followed by Gujarat,  Tripura, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman Diu, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Kerala, Telangana, Sikkim, Maharashtra, West Bengal,Rajasthan,Punjab,Haryana,Delhi,Chhattisgarh,Nagaland,Uttarakhand,Goa,Mizoram.Assam,Arunachal Pradesh, Lakshadweep, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Manipur, Meghalaya, and Ladakh.

The National Food Security Act 2003 provides for eligible poor people food grains at subsidized price of rice at Rs 3/kg, wheat at Rs 2/kg and coarse grain at Re 1/kg.
