How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

President Ram Nath Kovind returned to New Delhi on 7 April 2022 after a successful state visit to Turkmenistan and Netherlands from April 1 to 7  April ,2022.

In the first leg of his foreign visit he visited Turkmenistan 

Highlights of his visit 

He was in Turkmenistan from 1 April to 3 April.

The President was offered bread and salt by children as per the Turkmen tradition.

The President of Turkmenistan, Mr Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the President and accorded a ceremonial guard of honour at the Ashgabat airport.

President Kovind is the first Indian President to visit Turkmenistan .

Four MOU( Memorandum of Understanding ) were signed between Indian and Turkmenistan during his visit ;

  • for cooperation between the Financial Monitoring Service at the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan and the Financial Intelligence Unit of India.

  • on cooperation in the field of Disaster Management

  • on cooperation in the fields of Culture and Arts for the period 2022-2025.

  • on cooperation in Youth Matters.

President Visit to Netherland 

After concluding his visit to Turkmenistan  ,he visited the Netherlands . He was in the Netherlands from 4 to 7 April  2022.

King Willem Alexander and Queen Beatrix  of the Netherlands extended warm hospitality to the President of India at Amsterdam on the occasion of 75 years of diplomatic relations and friendship between India and the Netherlands.

MOU signed between India and Netherlands during his visit ; 

  •  MOU on  extension of  bilateral cooperation in the field of Ports, Maritime Transport and Logistics

  • MoU for the Cosmos Malabaricus Project between Leiden University and the Kerala Council of Historical Research, National Archives of the Netherlands on making the digitized archrivals of 17th-century documents available to Indian and International researchers, under the shared cultural heritage programme.

  •  MOU on extension of the Programme of Cooperation between the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India and Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation, Government of Netherlands.

The President visited the Keukenhof Tulip Park in Amsterdam to attend the naming ceremony of a tulip breed named Maitri.
