How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

Prime Minister Modi attends the QUAD summit meeting in Tokyo

Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the second in person QUAD summit meeting in Tokyo, Japan on 24 May 2022 along with the  Prime Minister Fumio Kishida of Japan, President Joseph Biden of the United States of America and Prime Minister Anthony Albanese of Australia

The next Summit meeting will be held in Australia in 2023.

Highlight of the Summit

  • This was the overall fourth and second in person meeting of the four leaders after their first in person meeting in Washington D.C in September 2021. The leaders of these four countries have met virtually in March 2021 and again in March 2022.

Message to China 

  • In a clear message to China they reiterated their commitment to  a free, open and inclusive Indo-Pacific and the importance of upholding the principles of sovereignty, territorial integrity and peaceful resolution of disputes in the Indo-Pacific . China has a maritime dispute with Vietnam, Philippines, Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia and has been very aggressive on these disputes.

Infrastructure development Initiative 

  • The Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida announced that India, Japan, Australia and the U, S will invest $50 billion in the infrastructure sector in the next five years in the Indo-Pacific region.

Maritime Security 

  • The Quad leaders launched the Indo-Pacific Partnership for Maritime Domain Awareness (IPMDA).
  •  It will be a satellite based maritime security system which will allow the member countries to monitor illegal fishing, track "dark shipping" and other tactical-level activities.
  • Dark ships are vessels with their Automatic Identification System (AIS) switched off so as not to be detectable.
  •  This crucial maritime pact between the Quad member countries will enhance the security apparatus of the Indo-Pacific region.
  • This initiative will transform the ability of partners in the Pacific Islands, Southeast Asia, and the Indian Ocean region to fully monitor the waters on their shores and, in turn, to uphold a free and open Indo-Pacific.

Cooperation in STEM 

  • A new Quad fellowship programme was also launched at the QUAD summit. 
  • The Fellowship will sponsor one hundred students per year, 25 from each Quad country, to pursue masters and doctoral degrees at leading STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) graduate universities in the United States.

On Terrorism 

  • The Leaders reiterated their desire to combat terrorism, denounced the use of terrorist proxies by countries and emphasized the importance of denying any kind of support to the terrorist.

Vaccine Initiative

  • The Leaders welcomed the gift of 525,000 doses of Made in India vaccines by India to Thailand and Cambodia in April 2022 under the Quad Vaccine Partnership.
  • The Quad Vaccine Partnership was launched in March 2021. The partnership envisages the production of at least 1 billion doses of US-developed vaccines in India with American and Japanese funding. 
  • Indian company Biological E is producing corona vaccine developed by  U.S Texas Children’s Hospital scientists Drs Peter Hotez and . Maria Bottazzi. The vaccine is called Corbevax. This vaccine is being supplied to poor countries through Quad Vaccine Partnership. 

Climate Change 

  • A Quad Climate Change Action and Mitigation Package (Q-CHAMP) was announced to strengthen efforts towards green shipping, clean energy including green hydrogen and climate and disaster resilient infrastructure.

QUAD 

  • Quad or Quadrilateral Security Dialogue is a group of four countries US, Japan, Australia and India. 
  • The concept of QUAD was given by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in 2007 for maritime cooperation between these countries after the Indian Ocean Tsunami disaster in 2004. 
  • Now the group is mainly seen as a group to counter the Chinese influence in the region.
