How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar has been appointed as the next 25th Chief Election Commissioner on 12 May 2022. He will replace Sushil Chandra. According to a notification issued by the Law Ministry, he will take over on May 15.

Important Facts :

  • The tenure of outgoing Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sushil Chandra ends on May 14.

  • Rajiv Kumar is a 1984 batch IAS. Rajiv Kumar, who took charge as the Election Commissioner on 2 September 2020, will hold this post from 15 May 2022 to 18 February 2025.

  • According to the constitution, the term of election commissioners is six years or till the age of 65 years.

Election Commission of India :

  • The Election Commission of India is an autonomous constitutional body that conducts the Union and State election processes in India.

  • It conducts the elections of the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, State Assemblies, President and Vice President in the country.

Election Commission in the Constitution:

  • Part 15 of the Indian Constitution deals with elections, in which it has been said to establish a commission for the conduct of elections.

  • The Election Commission was established on January 25, 1950 as per the Constitution.

  • Articles 324 to 329 of the Constitution deal with the powers, functions, tenure, eligibility etc. of the Election Commission and the members.

Composition of the Election Commission:

  • Originally there was a provision of only one Election Commissioner in the Election Commission, but through a notification of the President, it was made three members on 16 October 1989.

  • After this, it was made a one-man commission for some time and on October 1, 1993, it was restored to its three-member commission form. Since then the Election Commission consists of a Chief Election Commissioner and two Election Commissioners.

  • The Chief Electoral Officer is an IAS rank officer, who is appointed by the President and the Election Commissioners are also appointed by the President.
