How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan extended till 2026 by the government

The Central Government has approved the continuation of the revamped Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan(RGSA) from 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2026 to develop governance capabilities of Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs).

  • The revamped Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan was launched on 1 April 2018 to help rural India achieve key targets of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that were part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. 

  • The scheme was to end on  31st march 2022 and now it has been extended till 31st March 2026.

  •  The revamped scheme focuses on SDGs in nine areas --  (i) Poverty free and enhanced livelihood in villages, (ii) Healthy Village, (iii) Child Friendly Village, (iv) Water Sufficient Village, (v) Clean and Green Village, (vi) Self-Sufficient Infrastructure in Village, (vii) Socially Secured Village, (viii) Village with Good Governance, and (ix) Engendered Development in Village.

Features of the revamped  Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan

  • The revamped RGSA will comprise both Central and State components.

  • The Central Components of the scheme will be fully funded by the Government of India. 

  • The funding pattern for State Components will be in the ratio of 60:40 among Centre and States respectively.

  • In the  North Eastern, Hilly States and Union Territory (UT) of Jammu and Kashmir  the  Central and State/ UT share will be 90:10.

  •  However, for other UTs, the Central share will be 100%.

  • The scheme will have both Central Component - National Level activities  and State component - Capacity Building & Training (CB&T) of Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs),

  • The total financial outlay of the scheme is Rs.5911 crore with the Central Share of Rs.3700 crore and that of State Share of Rs.2211 crore.

  • The scheme will be under the administrative control of the Union Ministry for Panchayati Raj

There are 17 development goals set for the developing countries that are are designed to end poverty, hunger, AIDS, and discrimination against women and girls.
