How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

The US is organising the second Global COVID Virtual Summit on 12 May 2022. President Joe Biden will open the conference with the heads of state of allies.

Important Facts :

  • The conference will emphasise on making the fight against Kovid-19 an international priority. This conference will double the efforts made in the first COVID-19 conference.

  • The purpose of this conference is to discuss new ways to fight and solve the challenges posed by Corona globally.

Virtually involved in PM Modi's conference:

  • On May 12, 2022, US President Joe Biden has also invited the Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi, to attend the conference virtually.

  • According to the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, PM Modi will present his views on the topic 'Prevention of epidemic fatigue and priority to preparedness' in the inaugural session of the conference. PM Modi also participated in the first global COVID-19 summit held on 22 September 2021 last year.

  • Role of India in the struggle against COVID:

  • India is playing a vital role in the fight against the pandemic by developing safe vaccines, supply of drugs, COVID testing, genomic surveillance and low-cost indigenous technologies.

  • India's active presence in multilateral fora has been at the heart of WHO in strengthening and improving the health security framework globally.

Participation of important countries and groups of the world in this:

Many countries and groups are expected to participate in this summit. In this, Belize as the chairman of the 'Caricom' group, Senegal as the president of the African Union, Indonesia as the chairman of the G20 and Germany as the chairman of the G7 are also participating. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, World Health Organization Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus are also participating in the summit.
