How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

On May 14, 2022, the rulers of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have announced by voice vote the appointment of Sheikh Muhammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan as the President of the genetically administered country in the Arabian Peninsula, by the Federal Supreme Council.

Important Facts: 

  • Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed, the late President of the United Arab Emirates, died on 13 May 2022. He was Sheikh Khalifa UAE President and Ruler of Abu Dhabi since 3 November 2004.

  • State mourning declared in India

  • On 14 May 2022, India declared a day of state mourning on the death of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. During this the Indian flag remained half-masted.

Transfer of power in UAE for the third time: 

  • A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting held at the Al Mushrif Palace in Abu Dhabi by the seven Sheikh rulers of the UAE. 

  • This is the third time the transfer of power has taken place in this country, which is included in the American coalition governed by seven Sheikh rulers. 

  • It has a presidential system since it emerged as an independent nation in 1971.

Visit of Vice President of India to UAE for the world to mourn:

  • Vice President Naidu was on a visit to the UAE on 15 May to offer condolences from the Government of India on the passing away of the President of the UAE.

  • Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan took office as the first President since the formation of the United Arab Emirates in 1971 until 2 November 2004. Following his death, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan was elected the President of the UAE as his successor.

  • Born in 1948, Sheikh Khalifa was the second President of the United Arab Emirates and the 16th ruler of Abu Dhabi. The UAE developed rapidly during his reign.
