How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

To meet food security, the government banned the export of wheat

The Government of India has banned the export of wheat with immediate effect, considering the need for the support of neighbouring countries to manage the country's overall food security. The government has placed the export of wheat in the "prohibited" category.

Important Facts :

  • According to the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), export of wheat will be allowed in the case of shipments where credit of credit has been issued on or before May as a corona period arrangement.

  • According to the DGFT, exports to other countries can be allowed only on the basis of permission granted by the central government to meet their food security needs and based on the request of their governments.

  • The notification issued by the department said that the Government of India is committed to provide for the food security needs of its country, neighbouring and other vulnerable developing countries which are adversely affected by the sudden change in the global market of wheat.

Indian business delegation will visit many countries: 

  • On the other hand, in the midst of a ban on export of wheat, the Government of India has set a target of exporting 10 million tonnes of food grains in the year 2022-23.

  • The Union Government has decided to send business delegations to Morocco, Tunisia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Turkey, Algeria and Lebanon to explore possibilities of promoting wheat exports from India.

Formation of a task force on wheat export : 

  • The commerce ministry has recently constituted a task force on wheat exports with representatives of various ministries including commerce, shipping and railways and exporters under the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) to boost exports.

  • The demand for Indian wheat has increased in the global markets and farmers, traders and exporters have been advised to adhere to all quality norms of the importing countries.

  • In this context, it is the agenda of the Government of India that the country should emerge on the world stage by emerging as a reliable supplier of food grains in the coming times.
