How long will it take for my account to be activated once the payment is made?

Once the payment is made, your account will be activated right away.

How can I reset my password?

For the users registered with their mobile number, follow the following steps for resetting your password: 1. You need to enter your mobile number on the log-in page. 2. Click "Forget Password", to get an OTP on your registered number. 3. Using the OTP received on your number, you can now reset your password.

How can I change the language of the article and quizzes?

We have a "Change Language" option in Test Series and Daily Quizzes. If you want the content (test and quiz) in Hindi/English language, go to Settings -> Change Language, to change your default language from Hindi to English or Vice-Versa.

I am unable to make payment for the pass.

In case of failure of a transaction before the amount deduction, we advise the student to try making the payment again. In case of transaction failure after amount deduction either access to the purchased product will be provided within few hours or we request the student to wait for 3 to 4 working days. The money will be credited back to his/her account.

I have made the payment but the tests are not unlocked.

Although rare, if so: You can directly mail us at [email protected] and we will resolve your issue.

What are all the payment methods allowed to buy a plan?

You can pay using: Credit Card/ Debit Card or Through: UPI and Netbanking.

What happens if I get disconnected during a test?

Don't worry! We auto-pause your test so, you can resume the test where you left. The test can also be manually paused by clicking on the "Pause" icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note: This function is not available in a Live Test.

TRAI completes its 25 years

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of the Telecom Regulatory Authority (TRAI). The Prime Minister released a postage stamp on the occasion.

Important Fact: 

  • During the programme, 5G test beds developed as a multi-institution collaborative project by a total of eight institutions under the leadership of Prime Minister IIT Madras were also launched.

  • The project has been developed at a cost of over Rs 220 crore.

Benefits of this:

  • The test bed will enable a supportive ecosystem for Indian industry and startups to validate their products, prototypes, solutions and algorithms in 5G and next generation technologies.

  • It will play a big role in bringing 5G technology to the villages of the country.

  • 5G technology is also going to bring a positive change in the ease of life, ease of doing business in the governance of the country.

  • This will boost growth in every sector like agriculture, health, education, infrastructure and logistics.

  • This will also increase the facility and many employment opportunities will also be created.

Major contribution to the economy: 

  • In the coming decade and a half, 5G is going to contribute $ 450 billion to India's economy.

  • It is not only going to increase the speed of internet but also the speed of progress and employment.

  • Mobile manufacturing units in India have grown from 2 to over 200. India is today the largest mobile manufacturing hub in the world.

Internet reached millions of villages: 

  • At present, broadband connectivity has reached about two and a half lakh gram panchayats in India.

  • Some time back, the government has made a big start to provide 4G facility in many tribal districts of the country affected by Naxalites.

  • TRAI was established in 1997 through the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997.

  • It was established to control telecommunications. Dr PD Vaghela is the current Chairman of TRAI.
