Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) is a recruitment organisation that works under the Ministry of Education to hold various teaching and non-teaching exams in all of the KVS schools across the country. It is a chain of Central Government Schools that are affiliated with the CBSE board. Every year, a large number of applicants submit applications for the posts of primary teacher (PRT), trained graduate teacher (TGT), post-graduate teacher (PGT) and Non-teaching staff like Assistant Section Officer, Junior/Senior Secretariat Assistant, Sub Staff etc.
Those who want to apply for the exam should visit the website regularly as the KVS is soon going to announce the vacancies for the teaching and non-teaching posts. Once the notification is released we will update the details here.

Now, go to the Academic Section and selection admission.
After clicking on the admission section, navigate to the post for which you want to apply.
Fill out your credentials and upload your documents.
Now, submit your application fee to complete the application form.

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) | Max. 35 years | Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field with 50% marks and CTET Exam Passed |
Principal | 35-50 years | Candidates must secure 45% marks in the master's degree, a B.Ed., and 15 years of experience |
Vice Principal | 35-45 years | Candidates must have a Master’s degree with B.Ed. and 5-year teaching experience |
Librarian | Max. 35 years | Candidates must have Bachelor's Degree in Library Science OR Degree with 1 Year Diploma in Library Science |
Primary Teacher (Group-B) | Max. 30 years | Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) with 50% Marks and CTET Exam Passed with having 2 Year Diploma in Elementary Education. |
Primary Teacher (Music) | Max. 30 years | Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) with 50% Marks alongwith a Degree in Music |

General English:- Verb and its types, Tenses and their forms, Voice (Active Voice and Passive Voice), Subject-Verb Agreement, Unseen Passages, Vocabulary, Antonyms, Synonyms, Grammar, Idioms & Phrases, Articles, Comprehension, Fill in the Blanks. Adverb, Error Correction and Sentence Rearrangement.
General knowledge & Current Affairs:- Important Days, Indian History, Important Books and Authors, Important Terms in General Polity, All important Indian National Movement, Important Awards and Honors, International & National Organization, Science – Inventions & Discoveries, Budget and Five Year Plans, Current Affairs – National & International, Indian Economy, Capitals of India, Sport and important events in sports, Abbreviations, Countries & Capitals, Science & Technology, Sports and Important events.
Reasoning Ability:- Arithmetic Number Series, Spatial Orientation, Relationship concepts, Arithmetical Reasoning, Non-verbal series, Observation, Figures Classification, Analogies, Discrimination, Letter and Symbol Series, Visual Memory, Similarities and Differences, Spatial Visualization, Verbal Classification, Coding and Decoding etc., Number Series, Essential Part, Verbal Reasoning, Logical Problems, Statement and Conclusion, Statement and Argument, Letter and Symbol Series, Analogies, Theme Detection, Cause and Effect, Logical Deduction and Artificial Language.
Computer Literacy:- Important Terms & Computer Basics, Paint Brush Use, About Desktop and Computer Peripherals, Word Processor and important terms related to it, Formatting Word Document, Internet, Computer History, Word Processor, Exploring Windows, PPT or Powerpoint Presentation and Computer History.

Evaluation: It’s Types, important tools, Characteristics of a good test, Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation, Deep Analysis and interpretation of Scholastic Achievement Test.
Curriculum: Curriculum Meaning, Curriculum Principles, types of curriculum organization, approaches.
Inclusive Education:(a) Understanding diversities: concept types (b) Disability as a social construct, classification of disability and its educational implications:
Cognitive Disabilities: Autism Spectrum Disorder; Intellectual Disability and Specific Learning Disability
Physical Disabilities: Cerebral palsy and locomotor, Philosophy of inclusion with special reference to children with disability. Important terms in Process of Inclusion: concern issues across disabilities.Constitutional Provision of education and Technology: Communication & interaction
