Process to Apply:

All the candidates need to visit the official website Click Here of LIC to apply for the post.

Go to the home page and click on ‘career’ section. A new page will open.

Then click the Online Application form.

Now fill the application and upload all necessary documents.

Make sure to fill all the details carefully. You can’t alter your application after fee payment.

After filling all the details click on the Submit button and pay your application fee based on your category.

Afterwards click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete your application process.

Application Fee:

Candidates can pay the registration fee by various payment methods, like Debit Card, Credit Card and Internet Banking. Pay ₹ 500 application fee for all categories.   

Admission ticket:

Admission tickets or hall tickets will be issued online through the official website. Download the admission ticket from the main website. Once you find your admit card, make sure to keep it with you during the test.

0.25 marks will be deducted for each of the wrong answers.

Reasoning: Inequality, Seating Arrangement, Verbal reasoning, Coding-Decoding, Order and Ranking, Alphanumeric Series, Puzzles, Seating Arrangement, Distance and Direction, Blood Relations, Data Sufficiency, Input-Output, Syllogism, Data Sufficiency.

Numerical Ability: Averages, Profit, Loss & Discount, Simple & Compound Interest, Mathematical Inequality, Quadratic Equations, Data Interpretation (Pie/ Line/ Bar/ Tabular), Time & Distance, Ratio & Proportion, Percentages, Mixture & Allegations, Speed, Time, Work & Wages, Problem on Ages, Simplification/Approximation, Pipes and Cisterns, Boats & Streams, Probability, Number Series

General Awareness: Banking/ Financial Knowledge, Static General Knowledge, Current Affairs.

There are four stages of the selection process of the Online LIC HFL Examination.

Online exam:Those who pass the online exam will be called for document verification.

 Document Verification: The candidate must keep all the required documents ready as the exam conductors will ask for document verification.

  Interview: The candidates shall be asked for an interview after successful documents verification.  

 Medical Test: After qualifying all above stages, a final merit list will be published and the candidates will be asked for a medical test before joining the post.

Scale of Pay:

At the inception of the job, basic pay for the post of Assistant is ₹ 13,980/- in the scale of pay 13980 – 860(1) – 14840 – 940(2) – 16720 – 1060(5) – 22020 – 1230(2) – 24480 – 1500(3) – 28980 – 1565(2) – 32110.

Basic pay for the post of Assistant Manager is 32,815/- in the scale of pay 32815 – 1685(14) – 56405 – 1755(3) – 61670.

Basic pay for the post of Associate is 21,270/- in the scale of pay 21270 – 1485(3) – 25725 – 1665(15) – 50700.

The cut-off list will be announced within a few months after the exam. The cut-off is prepared based on candidates' scores, number of positions, and many other factors.

Result:

The test scores are based on the scores obtained by applicants in the written exam and Interview.
