Latest Updates: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has rescheduled the Rajaswa Lekhpal Main Exam for 2022. The UPSSSC Lekhpal exam 2022 will take place on July 31, 2022, which was previously scheduled for July 24, 2022. The Commission will issue a separate notification regarding the release of admit cards.

The recruitment notification for the post of UP Lekhpal 2022 was released by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission shortly known as UPSSSC. The application link was active from 7th January to 28th January 2022 and candidates were allowed to modify their application till 4th February 2022. 

Earlier, the selection process for the same had two stages i.e. Written Test & Interview. Now, there will be a single stage of selection: the Written Examination (for the candidates who cleared the Preliminary Eligibility Test, held on 24th August 2021) with a total of 100 questions as the stage of the interview has been revoked by the commission.

Candidates have to apply online for this post. Steps to apply online are as follows:

1. Candidates have to visit the official website i.e. Click Here

2. Now login with your PET details (registration number) and fill in the application form.

3. After filling in your details, upload your required documents in the needed format.

4. After the uploading of your documents pay the application fees and click on “Submit”.

5. Download and take a printout of the Application Form and Payment Receipt for future references.

5. The UP Lekhpal Admit Card will appear on the screen.

Educational Qualification

Candidates who wish to apply for the UP Lekhpal Recruitment 2021, must be intermediate or class 12th passed from a government-certified board.

Age Limit

To apply for the post of UP Lekhpal 2022 the minimum and maximum age of the candidate should be:

• Minimum: 18 Years

• Maximum: 40 Years

The written exam pattern comprises of following four sections:

• General Hindi

• Mathematics

• General Knowledge

• Rural Development & Rural Society. Each section carries 25 questions.

Note: 

➤There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in the UPSSSC Lekhpal exam.

➤ The total time duration of the Exam will be 120 minutes, i.e. 2 hours.

➤ The examination will be conducted in Objective Type.

• The PET 2021 result will be used to shortlist candidates for the mains exam.

• UPSSSC PET 2021 for Lekhpal and other vacancies was held on August 24, 2021. Candidates who pass the PET exam will be considered eligible to take the Mains exam and those who will clear the Mains will be placed on the Merit List.
