Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has invited applications from the eligible candidates for the recruitment 936 Head Operators / Head Operators (Mechanical) in UP Police Radio Cadre. 3. Now, select the post which you want to apply for the examination.

4. Now, register yourself with required details.

5. Login with your Id and password which were sent to your email address after the registration.

6. Enter your details carefully and click to proceed.

7. Upload your required documents in required format and size.

8. Pay your application fee according to your category.

9. Download your application form after the final submission and take print out.

The Eligibility criteria are set by the board and candidates must meet them to become eligible for the post. The details for the same are given below:

The UP Police exam will be an online based objective-type exam and the examination pattern is as follows:

Note:

The exam will be an objective type based online exam.

Candidates must score at least 50% in each section and 50% overall.

Each question will carry 2.5 marks and there shall be no negative marking.

Below mentioned are the required physical standards for the post of UP Police Head Operator / Head Operator Mechanic the table carefully.

UP Police Physical Standards

Note:

Female Candidates should at least weigh 40 kg.

Male Candidates should have a minimum of 5 cm of chest expansion.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Candidates who clear the Physical Standard Test (PST) will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Candidates have to cover a certain distance in a specific time period, details of which are mentioned below:

The UP Police Head Operator / Head Operator Mechanic written exam will consist of four different papers. For detailed syllabus, please refer to the official notification. 

1. General Hindi

2. General Knowledge

3. Numerical & Mental Ability Test

4. Mental Aptitude /Intelligence /Reasoning

Selection process will be done in accordance with the "Uttar Pradesh Police Radio Subordinate Services Rules-2015 (as amended from time to time)".

Stage I - Online Written Exam

The online written examination will be an objective type paper for 400 marks in total.

Stage II - Document Verification & Physical Standards Test

In this stage, candidates will have to provide all the documents they were required to upload at the time of registration. The candidate’s physical measurement will be tested by the board.

Stage III - Physical Efficiency Test

The final stage of the selection process will be the Physical Efficiency Test. In this stage, the candidate’s physical fitness will be tested by the board by making them undergo various tasks.

The Pay scale of Head Operator / Head Operator Mechanic starts from Rs. 35,400/- and will continue till Rs. 1,12,400/- as per the level 6th.
