Latest Update: In the order of Commission's Advertisement No.-05-Exam/2019, Forest Guard and Wildlife Guard (General Selection) Competitive Examination-2019, the proposed competitive examination to be held on 04.04.2021 has been decided by the Commission to postpone till further orders. The revised schedule of the examination will be informed in due course.

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission will soon issue a job advertisement for Forest Guard and Wildlife Guard. The UPSSSC recruits for various Group C positions. Based on the previously released notification, this article contains all of the necessary information for the UPSSSC Forest Guard recruitment. The UPSSSC Forest Guard recruitment application is completed online.

The applicants will be chosen based on a written exam and a physical efficiency test/physical standards test (PET/PST).

Candidates can apply for the UPSSSC Forest Guard 2019 by simply following the steps outlined below:

• Visit the official website of the commission at UPSSSC 

• Click on the online application link provided on the home page (link to be active soon).

• Fill out all of your registration information, including your name, date of birth, and contact information.

• Upload a scanned copy of your photo and signature in the format specified.

• Pay your fees according to the category.

• Double-check all of the information you've entered before submitting the form.

• Print a copy for future reference.

 Application Fees:

The expected application fee for the UPSSSC Forest Guard recruitment 2019 examination varies by category. The candidate's application form is according to the different categories tabulated below:

 Admit Card:

The admit cards for the UPSSSC Forest Guard exam 2019 will be issued and made available on the UPSSSC's official website. The Commission will not personally deliver the admit cards to the candidates. The candidates must obtain them from the website. It is mandatory to download and print the admit card because, without it, candidates will not be allowed to take the examination.

Steps to download the Admit Card:

• Go to the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission's official website at UPSSSC

• Select the UPSSSC Forest Guard notification.

• Fill in all of your necessary credentials.

• After correctly filling out the details, submit it.

• The exam city, date, and time will be displayed on your system's screen.

• Select the Download Admit Card option and print the admit card.

Nationality:

A candidate must be a citizen of India.

Age-Limit

The minimum age limit for both reserved and unreserved candidates is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 40 years. Because the official notification has not yet been issued, the terms and conditions of the age relaxation for the candidates belonging to the different categories have not been released.

Educational Qualification

The candidate must have passed the intermediate exam, which is equivalent to the 12th grade.

Physical Standards

The written examination will be divided into three sections: Hindi, General Knowledge, and General Intelligence Test, with a total of 200 questions. The exam pattern is shown in the table below.

Note:

• Each question shall carry one mark.

• There will be a negative marking of 1/4th mark (0.25 marks) for each wrong answer.

As the official UPSSSC Forest Guard Syllabus 2019 is not yet available, it is expected to follow the same syllabus as the previous year's exam which is mentioned in the table given below:

Applicants will first be required to take a written examination. The successful candidates will then be invited to take the Physical Efficiency Test/Physical Standard Test (PET/PST). After the verification of documents, the candidates who have passed all stages of selection will be appointed.

Official sources have not yet released the vacancies for UPSSSC Forest Guard recruitment 2022. It is expected that around 655+ vacancies will be made available. Examine the previous notification's vacancy distribution by category (released in 2019).

• Mocks should be practised on a regular basis. To improve learning and revision, start with subject-specific or sectoral tests.
