QA/DI SPECIFIC STRATEGY
First of all the aspirants are required to thoroughly go through the syllabus to be well familiar with the topics and then identify the topics they are genuinely comfortable with and some topics they were good at in school. If most of the topics are coming under these two categories then they need not worry at all. However if there are a couple of topics picked that they are not comfortable with ,then depending on the breadth and depth of topic, 3 to 5 weeks must be assigned per topic since now onwards which will mean that the most of the concepts are well acquired by the end of June. For understanding the absolute basics (if aspirants have a Math Phobia and struggle with the subject), aspirants must refer to NCERT school books. They must remember that there is no shame in going back to the absolute basic level it helps them. Those aspirants, who have a fairly decent level, can explore any Quantitative Ability book of any mainstream publisher. The aspirants are advised to run a quick Google search to find out the good authors. Apart from this they can take the help of any digital platform such as Testwale.com for better understanding and preparation. Those of the aspirants, who wish to practice basic level questions for math, can refer to the book of R.S.Aggarwal as it remains the best book for solving the beginner level questions.
Data Interpretation requires a combination of two skills. Those are raw mathematical ability and calculation-approximation skill. But primarily the aspirants should start working on development of mathematical ability and then secondarily they should think of developing their calculation-approximation skill to an optimum level. Following are the preparatory points for the aspirants to start with.
Learn tables from 1 to 30 at least.
Pick up a book on Vedic Mathematics or Speedy Calculations
Learn Common Fractions with Decimal and Percent Equivalents.

The aspirants are advised not to fuss over even in any question which is as simpler as expected. There is no rule-based approach for Logical Reasoning. It can neither be learnt nor can it be crammed. VARC SPECIFIC STRATEGY
To perform well in VARC segment, the aspirants must
read like crazy, read like there is no tomorrow, read to learn, read to explore, read as if your life depends upon it, read till the night ends, read till daylights lasts, just READ! READ! READ! with a planned approach keeping the following tips upfront.
In the 1st month of your preparation, pick the area you love the most, and read 8 books from that area. If you want variety, read any books.
Read the newspaper every day. Read Sunday editions closely, as they offer some of the best contents and also a quick recap of the week.
Pick up at least 2 issues each of 2 different magazines.
In short, become a compulsive reader.
For Vocabulary and Grammar:
Before we actually advise you what to do, you need to keep in mind that Vocabulary and Grammar questions have not appeared in CAT in the last few years. But questions from these topics are most definitely a part of other major MBA entrance exams, such as SNAP, IIFT, XAT, and NMAT. Therefore, it makes a lot of sense to take up these topics and study them in an in-depth manner. Simple game plan for these topics is highlighted below.
For vocabulary, pick up Word Power Made Easy. Do one session a day.
For Grammar, pick up Wren and Martin for now (we know it is very boring but sometimes you got to swallow the bitter pill). Read the part-1 of the book in about two months (that is more than sufficient time).
For verbal, make sure you place sufficient emphasis on the three areas:
Vocabulary (improves comprehension and reading)
Grammar (helps in understanding sentences)
The above suggestions form our recommendations for CAT-2022 Prep.
